Love Exercises to Improve Your Sexual Health

Good sex requires some muscular strength and endurance. Longer lasting sex may require you to hold...well...unusual positions, so conditioning your body can be helpful. Your muscles will be contracting repeatedly, no matter what position you're in, so it pays to be in good physical condition to avoid those nasty cramps.

The three things to work on for good sex health are strength, endurance and flexibility. For strength, you need to lift heavy weights for few repetitions.

For endurance, to make sex last, you need good cardio endurance. Your partner won't thank you if you drop out halfway through. Go for 3 or 4 days a week of cardio exercise like running, walking, swimming or whatever works best for you and your partner.

Flexibility can enhance anyone's sex life. You can make it easier to get into your favorite position if you maintain your flexibility.

Hi, I have read extensively about the pc muscle and how to tone it. I have also done a lot of these exercises and I do get a hard erection. My problem is that my erection does not last long enough. How do (I) sustain my erection for a long time.

Subj: Concerning kegels for men

I found your article online, and I was having a little trouble figuring out exactly what the PC muscles were. I then followed your suggestion of trying to stop the flow of urine midstream to find the PC muscles. That was something I could do successfully, and doing this made me realize that these were muscles that I used often, during masturbation or sex (if these indeed are the correct muscles). When erect, or even very slightly erect, I have always been able to use these muscles in a way that will actually make the penis move (upwards, as in towards the body). In fact, these muscles are being "flexed" almost always during sex for me. Will I still be able to benefit from these exercises? Thanks.
