I have taken extagen for 3 days now, and have had absolutely no side effects at all. I was expecting to have frequent erections or notice some sign that I was taking the pills. Is this normal? Shouldn't I be able to notice I am taking some type of supplement?

AskDocWeb: ZenExtend is sold by Zambanie Enterprises, a Canadian company. Looks like they started doing business online in June of 2003. Their website registration lists the administrative contact to a hotmail address. We take that as a sign that they are a one-man business, or a small company with little experience. That does not inspire confidence.

Subj: Alcohol, caffeine and Vimax

I just ordered a 3 months supply of extagen and was wondering if occasional drinking or a cup of coffee everyday would affect the growth process? I recently ordered the penile patches, and it mentioned to avoid high dose of alcohol or caffeine. So I'm not sure if every Friday drinking alcohol (6 or 7 beers) would affect the growth process. And a yr. ago, I also tried Vimax, and no growth whatsoever, so I don't really recommend this product for u guys. Thxs,

AskDocWeb: Thanks for letting us know about Vimax. An occasional cup of coffee should be okay. That's not considered a high dose of caffeine. You might consider cutting back on the beer as getting intoxicated IS considered a high dose of alcohol.

Well, I tried 2 different 90-120 day supplies of enlargement pills, and none work. The latest was VigRX. I know this would come as a shock to the medical field, but it appears these things are scams. However, in my objectivity, I thought I would give them a try, just in case. That was a lot of money wasted. What do you think?

AskDocWeb: I think you are not as objective as you would have others believe. It is deceptive to say that "none work" when you have tried only two. VigRx comes with a money back guarantee, so if you really did try it and it didn't work, you didn't waste your money there. You didn't say what the first product was that you tried. That would have been useful information for others to know. What did you waste money on?

AskDocWeb: We have received very different feedback on these two products. While the feedback on Vig-RX has been mostly positive, the feedback on Magna-RX has been all negative.

So what I'm reading from your site is there are no pills that can give me a permanent increase in size. I'd just have to keep taking pill forever if I wanted to maintain what I got. This is very important to me because I refuse to become dependent.

AskDocWeb: As far as we know, you are correct. We know of no pill that will produce a permanent increase in penis size, although we are still checking out ProSolutions. We would like to hear from someone a year after they have stopped using ProSolution.

Subj: Looking for guarantee

I am 21 and 6'2' and in great shape, yet I have a small problem with my body... my penis size. In an erect state my penis is about 5 1/4 inches, and in a flaccid state I am 3 inches. I hate it sooo much. I know there are hundreds of pills to take, but I don't want to invest in some that won't work or give me 1 inch results, after paying $80. I want to be 5 inches in a flaccid state, and 8 1/2 inches erect. I want to invest in pills that will guarantee me this goal, and in a reasonable period time, like in six months. So if you could please tell me what pills WILL do this for me. Thank You!

A minor reaction may cause just a few red spots to appear but a severe reaction can be life threatening. If you have any problem breathing or swallowing seek immediate medical attention. Subj: Elevated blood pressure

I recently purchased Extagen. I do not have any health problems. On two occasions, I took one pill and experienced negative effects. I developed a headache, ringing in my ears and a general bad feeling. On one occasion I thought I was going to pass out while driving my car. I quickly went to a nurse and found that my blood pressure was elevated. Not sure what to think. I haven't been able to find descriptions of any similar effects on your website. Will these effects subside over time or should I not take the pills any longer?

AskDocWeb: We would stop taking the Extagen immediately (as with any product that produced serious side effects) and find out what is going on with your health. Although you say you don't have any health problems, you may have had a borderline condition that Extagen caused to cross the line. Or you could have had a bad reaction to one of the ingredients. In any case, your high blood pressure and the tinnitis (ringing in your ears) needs to be checked out by your primary physician. These symptoms may continue even after you stop the Extagen if there is something else going on.
